The Blacks in Classics Museum is coming to Old Town Alexandria where visitors can learn about key figures in the Black Classical Tradition! The grand opening of the museum will begin with our exhibit of 5 original paintings from Vanessa Withun (www.vanessawithun.com). These paintings will be portraits of those key figures. William Scarborough is already there and Anna Julia Cooper is on the way. The grand opening is Juneteenth 2022! Stay tuned!
