I had to share some thoughts about “Black Jobs.” I want my sons to hear this, because they need to know that there is no such thing as BLACK JOBS and that ANY career they want is open to them for the taking! They watched the debate and I want to make sure I can help them process these things correctly. My parents did this for me and it has helped me to push forward no matter how people may try to stereotype and limit me.
